Objective To accurately track and record the spatio-temporal trajectory of the whole treatment process of stroke patients, and effectively shorten the treatment time through scientific analysis, so as to improve the treatment efficiency of stroke patients. Methods By adopting the integrated positioning technology of "GPS/Beidou + iBeacon + Bluetooth AoA + inertial sensor positioning", a data collection and management system for the emergency treatment process of stroke patients was established. Through automatic collection and retrospective analysis of patient's treatment trajectory and time, the fine management of stroke patient's treatment process was achieved. Results By recording and analyzing patient's trajectory and time information, the system could accurately identify the links that consume more time in the treatment process, and proposed targeted optimization plans accordingly, continuously promoting the improvement of the treatment efficiency and level of stroke patients. Conclusion This system can provide data basis for optimizing the emergency treatment process, assist the emergency department in establishing a smooth, efficient and standardized green channel for stroke emergency treatment, and improve the success rate of rescue for critically ill patients.
