Abstract
Objective
To explore the application of information technology to implement an
efficient and standardized management system under the mode of day
surgery and promote the high-quality development of daytime
surgery.Methods Integrated with information sharing,collaborative
scheduling,visualization and other technologies,the intelligent
management platform of daytime surgery was constructed based on the
principal line of daytime surgery process,covering the entire lifecycle
from initial outpatient screening to discharge and follow-up
visit.Results Since its launch in August 2022,the platform has supported
a total of 337 patients to receive daytime surgery treatments,the
average duration of pre hospital examination during the day was
about(182.65±6.37)minutes,and the duration of anesthesia evaluation was
about(15.39±2.74)minutes.All surgical preparation work can be completed
within 1 day,so as to improve patients'medical experience and hospital's
management level.Conclusion The construction and application of the
platform can promote the optimization and integration of medical
resources,improve the efficiency and quality of medical services,and
promote daytime surgery management to be digitalized,intelligent and
refined.
