Objective To improve the efficiency, quality and safety of medical records copying. Methods Through demand analysis, comprehensive use of digital watermark printing anti-counterfeiting, dynamic QR code and other technologies, the whole-process management system of medical records copying was designed and developed. Results After the operation of the system, the time of registration, payment, retrieval and printing of medical records were significantly reduced (P＜ 0.01). Conclusion The whole-process management system of medical records copying can improve the efficiency of medical records copying, prevent the illegal copying and tampering of medical records, and improve the management level of medical records management.
