Reasonable
surgery scheduling can ensure the medical safety of patients and
improve the operational efficiency and economic benefit of
hospitals.Starting from the actual problem of"unbalanced utilization of
resources"faced by hospital operating rooms,this study explores the
method of constructing an intelligent surgery scheduling platform,and
considers the feasibility and practicability of its implementation.The
multi-stage surgery scheduling model built in the intelligent surgery
scheduling platform supports the medical team to"snatch order"in two
rounds,which can make full use of the spare operating room
resources,improve the utilization rate of golden time and reduce the
average number of overtime operating rooms per day.The construction of
intelligent surgery scheduling platform is an important part of the
construction of smart hospital.The application of operational research
ideas in medical field is innovative and practical,which can save human
resources.
