Objective
To build a cloud platform for screening and management of cervical and
breast cancer("the two-cancer")at the city,district(county)and
township(town)levels,which can improve screening efficiency,coverage
rate and detection rate.Methods The cloud platform was implemented with
micro-service technology,and the AI-enabled pathology,ultrasound and
imaging devices were used to assist the rapid and effective screening,a
visual flow designer with zero code was used to configure the screening
process to fit the local medical resources,and the 5G access and slicing
technology was used to ensure the secure and high-speed transmission of
multi-modal heterogeneous data across hospital area.Results The
platform can make full use of screening resources of medical
institutions at all levels,reduce the workload of the screening
staff,improve screening efficiency and detection rate,and greatly reduce
the R&D costs for new on-line process.Conclusion Through the
medical consortium platform for the cervical and breast cancer screening
platform,large-scale population screening can be efficiently carried
out in regions with different medical resources.
